Abstract

|
Amyloidoma is a solitary tumor characterized by localized deposition of amyloid in the absence of systemic amyloidosis. Soft tissue amyloidoma is rare and occurs most often in the mediastinum and retroperitoneum. Especially, soft tissue
amyloidoma of the extremities is exceedingly rare and only 2 cases has been reported in the upper extremity. We report a patient with soft tissue amyloidoma in the upper extremity.
